I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The panoramic views of the Old Town were breathtaking, and the large comfortable bed made for a cozy night's sleep. However, the service was a bit lacking as they seemed too busy to provide top-notch service. Despite that, the facilities and dining experience were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, offering views of the castle and equipped with every amenity imaginable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was treated to an amazing view of the historic old town. The service was a bit lacking as they seemed too busy and uninterested in providing top-notch service. The location, somewhat off the bustling areas of Salamanca, was peaceful on a hill within a 10 to 15-minute walk of the Cathedral. The dining experience, while included, could have been better as the options were somewhat limited. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable experience.

The hotel offers rooms with lovely views over the Roman Bridge towards Cathedrals, and a shower that is just excellent. The service, while offering room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, seemed a bit too busy and not fully invested in providing exceptional service. The location on a hill overlooking the historic town ensures a breathtaking experience, although it may be somewhat off the 'hot' areas of Salamanca.
